Attractive bright red trumpet shaped flowers all summer long, a delight for any pond, also great for pond edges or boggy areas

This nectar rich aquatic marginal plant known for its bright red flowers, attracts bees, butterflies and other pollinators, contributing to the biodiversity of the garden ecosystems,  the dense foliage provides cover for small wildlife,

Position:  thrives in full Sun or  Part Shade, but requires moist or waterlogged soil, its is great for planting  along  the edge of pond/streams or in bog gardens

Flowering:      June to August

Height Above Water:  20-40 cm

Height below Water:1-10cm

Little maintenance is required. Trim to tidy as required and after foliage has died back in autumn.

9cm pond plants should be placed no deeper than 1/3 maximum recommended planting depth to allow the plants to establish.

Please don’t dispose of plants in the wild, even native plants placed in the wrong location can cause environmental damage
